A leading M&E contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects is seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E Senior Project Surveyor to join their commercial team.

You will be based on a major, new build, custodial project (£30M MEP value) in Oxford. Currently in the early stages, this 2-year construction project will go to site in May 2024

Skills & Qualifications

Relevant QS experience

Demonstrate experience within the M&E sector

NEC contract experience, ideally option 4

Salary & Package

Excellent basic, in line with major project salaries.
