A National construction and services company our client has numerous regional offices and work on both private and public sector projects. They require an Construction Manager for a high value project in the Northamptonshire region. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

As Construction Manager you will be responsible for the construction phase of this major project and your key requirements will be as follows:

• Scheduling the works programme
• Working with the commercial team to develop targets and costings
• H&S within the working environment
• Management of the Quality of the works
• Liaising with other managers on the project to ensure programme delivery is met or exceeded
• Develop and maintain good working relationships
• Oversee reports from staff to Management 
• Monitoring of subcontractors
• Communication of any problems with project to the Project Manager

The Individual

Our client requires a competant Construction Manager for this major project and you must be confident in dealing with any complexities within the role. You must have a proven track record of successful delivery on high value projects.

Skills and Qualifications

HNC/HND or Degree qualified within Construction
Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence
