They work with construction companies, architects, surveyors, designers and project managers to deliver fit out projects ranging in value from about £5,000 to over £100m. Teams are built around the client’s requirements, and they provide specialist personnel and suppliers with the experience and expertise to meet the exact requirements of each individual project. They are a £900m turnover PLC company and have a vacancy for a Technical Services Manager to join its Manchester based team.
The Role and its Responsibilities
The Technical Services Manager will be based across Manchester and Yorkshire regions, managing various sized projects with site teams in situation. You won’t be expected to lodge away, but there may be the occasional meeting where you might have to spend a night away to attend meetings that run over a couple of days.

You will ideally have worked in a Project Management capacity for at least 5 years, have given good attention to detail on all your projects and be able to demonstrate good relationships with project teams and clients you have worked with.
