An award winning Mechanical & Electrical contractor who work UK wide and particularly specialise in fit out contracting. They work with some of the UK’s leading companies and are regarded as a leading specialist in their field.

The Role and its Responsibilities
- We are looking for either an electrically or mechanically biased Site Manager to be based in Cardiff for a minimum of 7 months.
- The contract is a Cat B Fit out, initial value circa £17M and will include studios, AV systems and data; previous experience of this type of work would be beneficial, or previous experience on technically challenging projects such as hospitals, data centres etc.
- You will be supported by a visiting Contracts Manager who will be on site at least 2 days a week, for the remainder of the week you will be the representative of our client.
- You will be involved with procurement, client meetings, managing sub contractors and finding additional labour when required.
The Individual
Our client would like to see someone who can commute daily to the project, however, should someone have the right experience but need to lodge, the client will also give them consideration.
Our client is looking to appoint someone by early April, if you are currently finishing a job that completes a little past that date, there may be some flexibility to adapt the start date to suit.
