The Client

Our client is a lead contractor with a majority of projects being D&B on behalf of the client/ end user.  Their client base is extensive and high profile and they specialise in pharmaceuticals and clean rooms, universities, life science and industrial. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor and experience with pharma and clean rooms would be preferable. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Review contract T&C's 
• Risk mitigation
• Ensure contract compliance
• Liaising with project teams
• Cash flow and revenue forecasting and monitoring
• Procurement and management of sub-contractors
• Provide accurate reports and maintain these 
• Dispute resolutions if required
• Mentoring of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Surveyors
• Ensure that H&S is kept as a priority throughout projects
• Management and development of staff

• Good communicator
• Able to maintain good relationships within the workplace
• Experience at working on significant projects

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry relevant degree qualified
• Experience in a similar role

Salary and Package

£55-65k plus excellent company package
