We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in the North-West for our client, a well regarded M&E contractor. The company offers D&B through to maintenance of large M&E projects and are looking for an experienced QS within this field.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Valuation of works and dealing with variations
• Commercial and contractual risks
• Working to timescales
• Overall management of team
• Budget and cost controlling
• Invoice and payment of customers and suppliers
• Report compilation for company and client 
• Client relations
• Risk Management

The Individual

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior QS to join their team in the North-West, a candidate with excellent communication and numeracy skills. The role will be a good mix of site visits and office/working from home so an ideal candidate will need to flexible. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or relevant industry qualified
• Experience at working on high value projects

Salary and Package

Offering a favourable £55-60K plus full benefits and car/allowance this is a fantastic opprtunity to join our clients' commercial team.
