They pride themselves on innovative low carbon energy solutions in a wide variety of sectors and currently have a vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in Rugby on a waste and energy plant.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Review of tenders to ensure a suitable supply chain partner is secured
• Costings- from tender to final bid
• Preparation and actioning of contract documents, including sub-contractors 
• Organising payments and invoices for company and sub-contractors
• Producing monthly reports for progress meetings
• Supporting the commercial team
• Minimizing commercial risks and resolving if necessary
• Variation management to ensure favourable financial outcome

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor
