A busy M&E provider based in the North-West has a vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester based team and are offering an excellent opportunity to a candidate who is ready to join a Senior Management Team

The role and its responsibilities

• In the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be responsible for the costings of projects, from tender to final figures and ensuring that quality of works ongoing is kept to a high standard.
• You will prepare and action all contract documents, organize payments and ensure that commercial risks are minimized and dealt with effectively for both the benefit of the company and client.

An individual who can display creativity in a similar role along with excellent numeracy, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills would be well received as an applicant!

Skills and qualifications

You should hold an Industry relevant HNC/HND qualification, Degree in Quantity Surveying and be fully experienced in a Building Services role.
