The Client

A UK wide construction and services company, our client has numerous regional offices capable of providing local support for its clients and have a current vacancy for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor on a new hospital build in Berkshire. The works will cover operating theatres, wards, private patient units and day case units and is due for completion late 2021.

The Role and its Responsibilities

The Project Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager and have overall responsibility for:

• Valuation of works and dealing with variations
• Commercial and contractual risks
• Working to timescales
• Overall management of commercial team
• Budget and cost controlling
• Invoice and payment of customers and suppliers
• Report compilation for company and client 
• Client relations
• Risk Management

The Individual

The client is looking for a fully experienced Senior Project Quantity Surveyor who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be organised and be able to prioritise workloads.

Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

Salary and Package
