The Client

Due to the number of UK wide projects our Building Services client is working on, they are currently looking to expand their Mechanical Project team. They are looking for a time served Senior Mechanical Project Manager who is able to display excellent Project Management skills in a similar role.
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

As Senior Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• The procurement of sub-contractors and materials
• Attending the site surveys and relevant meetings 
• Ensuring on time and in budget completion of projects
• Management of the Mechanical Project team
• Daily meetings/liaisin gwith clients, departments, contractors etrc
• Report production
• H&S requirements

The Individual

As this role will sometimes require site visits out of office hours, our client is looking for a flexible candidate who is prepared to sometimes stay away from base. Excellent communication and management skills. 

Skills and Qualifications

HNC/HND qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years experience in a similar role.
You must have an overall knowledge of all Mechanical Building Services.
