Our client is a highly regarded Tier 1 M&E contractor and they are currently undergoing a major recruitment campaign. One of their current roles is for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their custodial delivery team which is based in the Oxford region. They are offering a salary of up to £67K plus benefits and car/allowance for this position and are keen to review CV's from candidates who share their views on responsible work practices. 

The Roles and its Responsibilities

The role of Senior Mechanical Engineer will have the following responsibilites:

• Full responsibilities for mechanical services delivery
• Management of external mechanical services
• Contribution with all pre-commencement activities 
• Ensuring works are carried out accurately
• Keeping to budget and time constraints
• Quality assurance
• Risk minimisation
• Site safety
• Meeting leading and attendance
• Record keeping
• Review and evaluation of ongoing works 
• Ensure procedure legislation is adhered to 
• Sub-contractor management
• Reporting to the MEP Project Manager

The Individual

The client is looking for a candidate who is experienced in a Senior Mechanical Engineer role. You must be able to manage teams effectively, manage programming and sequence and be fully up to date with H&S and new industry technologies in the work environment.

• Relevant industry qualifications 
• SMSTS
• IT literate

Salary and Package

For the Senior Mechanical Engineer role the company are offering a package of between £57-67K and this also comes with a car/allowance and excellent company benefits including 26 annual leave, green car scheme and matched pension and much more!
