The Client 

Our client provide cost and commercial management services to a diverse range of blue chip clients and are looking for permanent or contract M&E Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their North-West team. These roles will be site based around the M62 corridor and will be to work on varying projects at varying stages. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Contract negotiations
• Submissions
• Adherance to company procedures
• Ability to maximise profitablity on projects
• Analysis of tender submissions
• Attend project reviews
• Invoicing payments
• Commercial risk register
• Mentor intermediate staff

The Individual 

In the role you will have to communicate effectively with co-workers and management staff and be able to succesfully lead a team. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in the role and have exceptional numeracy and financial skills and the ability to handle difficult accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification
• IT literate
• NEC contract knowledge
• Relevant software package experience

Salary and Package

The salary will vary between £55-60K or £350-375 depending on the role applied for and qualifications, seniority and experience of the applicants. The client offers a fantastic remuneration package including pension, healthcare, car allowance, laptop and phone and christmas bonus.
