Working on both private and public sector projects they have an extensive variety of high quality and cost-effective projects under their belt and are flexible with initial design ideas working with their clients to ensure a mutually beneficial project completion.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As an exerienced Senior Project Manager who will be working on a prestigious mixed use office and retail project in London, you must display proficiency and confidence in the following areas:

• Leading of project planning from start to finish
• Target delivery
• Progress reports 
• Management of budget and timescales
• Liaising and negotiating
• Contract and finance management

The Individual

You must be up to date with a H&S legislations and be able to run a high value, sometimes pressured project. 

Skills and Qualifications

Industry qualifications and experience in a Senior role.
