Market leaders within the M&E industry, our client offers a quality service throughout the UK and specialise in commercial, leisure and D&B projects. Due to their high workload, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyors at all stages of projects
• Contract negotiation
• Submissions
• Adherance to company procedures
• Ability to maximise profitablity on projects
• Analysis of tender submissions
• Attend project reviews
• Invoicing payments
• Commercial risk register

The Individual

Our client is looking for a candidate who are highly motivated with strong commercial, numeracy and communication skills. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry recognised degree qualification
• IT literate
• Experience on relevant software packages

Salary and Package

Up to £55k plus excellent company package and car/allowance.
