The Client

Our client, an independent North-West based Electrical contractor, has a current vacancy for a fully qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team delivering a total M&E packages to its clients.
 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• In the Quantity Surveyor role you will oversee the the initial estimates and the ongoing cost analysis's of projects whilst ensuring the programme of works adheres to all required regulations.
• You will deal with the acquisition of materials for site and be responsible for the sub-contractors on works with relevance to their documents and pay. 
• The role will also require you to submit claims and ensure all payments are submitted and paid on time

The Individual

We are looking for an M&E Surveyor with a proven construction background and experience on a variety of projects and mixed developments in excess of £1M value.
 

Skills and qualifications
 

Communication skills, financial experience and commercial awareness will be a definite advantage to an applicants CV!
 

Salary and package
 

£55-£60K. Pension, healthcare and car/allowance
