We have a new vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of our client who are market leaders in the field of design and construction of pharmaceutical, EV and Microelectronics sector cleanrooms. The role will be based from their offices near to Manchester airport.    

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Maintenance of contract documentations, report etc.
• Control of income / expenditure
• Contract compliance
• Monitoring of programme
• Production of monthly reports
• Stakeholder relationship maintenance
• Support Sales and Estimating
• Contract set up to comply with requirements
• Sub-contract administration
• Risk and opportunity management
• Managing payments 
• Relationship building and maintenance with internal and external teams
• Sub-contractor administration

The Individual 

Ideal candidates should have knowledge of cleanroom environments and be effective communicators! You should be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to work well as part of a team. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Degree or equivalent qualified 
• Sound contractual knowledge 
• Excellent numeracy and IT skills

Salary and Package

£55-60K plus company package and car / allowance
