The Client

This is a fantastic opportunity for a MEP Quality and Compliance Manager to join one of the UK's largest Contractors, who are self-delivering the M&E on an exciting  £70 million pound rebuild construction project based in Northamptonshire. The project will lat for 2 years' and will be followed with further local projects. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

The main function of this role will be to oversee the off-site production of this build, which will amount to around £12-£15 million M&E, any experience therefore within pre-fabrication is a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for ensuring the build is compliant with the overall project design and reporting back on a regular basis to the Project Director.

• Ensuring Compliance of installation materials
• Installation, testing and commissioning activities of MEP works
• Interfacing with the client.
• Close liaison with the engineers re. progress and compliance.
• Providing overall support on quality issues, including document production where necessary
• Facilitating and participating in site quality management processes including Quality Readiness Reviews, Inspection and Test Plans and inspections
• Reporting into the Project Lead

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-fabrication and large scale Construction Build projects and 5+ years minimum in a Quality Management role within a Construction Build environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, with M&E experience and Lead auditor 9001:2015 would be desirable.

£65-70K salary plus benefits and car/allowance
