Our client is a thriving Building Solutions company who successfully provide fully sustainable environments and maintain good relationships with their clients ensuring repeat business nationwide. They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor on a D&B project from their Nottingham office.

The Role and its Responsibilities

The Project Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for:

• Valuation of works and dealing with variations
• Commercial and contractual risks
• Working to timescales
• Overall management of commercial team
• Budget and cost controlling
• Invoice and payment of customers and suppliers
• Report compilation for company and client 
• Client relations
• Risk Management

The Individual

The client is looking for a fully experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be organized and be able to prioritise workloads.

Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
