Our client is a leading family run North-West based provider of multi-utility installation works. They provide gas, electricity, ducting and water services within one integrated package to major contractors, property developers and local authorities throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced PM to be based from their North Manchester office and this is a fantastic time to join this thriving company who are currently working with some of the largest construction companies in the UK. They are looking for a mechanically biased applicant who has previously worked within the field of utilities.
The Role and its Responsibilites
For this Project Managers role the company is looking for a mechanically biased individual who is commercially aware and who can manage works to a high standard, adhering to industry legislations and H&S requirements. You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to maintain, and secure, good working relationships and you should be confident in a client facing role. Travel to sites throughout the UK and lodgings may be required, however the company will endeavour to keep this to 50% within a working week wherever possible.
