The Client

A UK wide construction and building services company, our client has numerous regional offices and work on both private and public sector projects. They have an extensive portfolio of high quality and cost-effective projects and are flexible with initial design ideas, working with their clients to ensure a mutually beneficial project completions. They are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Manager for a new build prison project with a £70m M&E value.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As Lead Project Manager you will have full responsibility for delivery of the project and you will be responsible for the following:

• Negotiating  and liaising at the early stages of projects
• Planning and implimenting of projects
• Understanding all client and statutory requirements
• Management of budget and time targets
• Contract administration and monitoring
• Quality assurance 
• Overall co-ordination and completion of projects 

The Individual

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Industry qualifications and extensive working knowledge of the role.
Clean driving license
