Providing initial design through to installation and maintenance, our client is recruiting for a Mechanical or Electrical Operations Manager to join their senior mangement team. They are looking for a candidate with previous contract management experience. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management of teams
• Invoicing
• Costing and budgeting
• Delivery of projects 
• Quality assurance
• Relationship management
• Production and presentation of reports to monitor works
• Ensuring works are completed within time and budget constraints

The Individual

A successful candidate must be confident in his abilities in a role of this level and be able to present and lead meetings with clients and all levels of staff. You must be self-motivated and career driven and have excellent team leadership and communication skills, along with confidence to take responsibilty for decision making. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree qualified and fully experienced in a similar role. 
• IT proficient

Salary and Package

For this Senior Management role our client is offering a highly competative salary of £80-90K and an excellent healthcare, pension and car or allowance package.
