The Client 

Our client are currently expanding their commercial team and we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor. The company provide technical solutions within the built environment and offer these services within both private and public sectors. This role will be based in the North-West although our client has an excellent project portfolio of works throughout the UK and there will be scope to work some hours from home.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyors throughout the lifespan of projects
• Negotiation of contracts
• Commercial risk register 
• Submissions
• Company procedure adherance
• Tender submission analysis
• Payment Invoicing 
• Attending meetings and project reviews
• Maximisation of company profits 

The Individual

For this role we are looking for an experienced candidate who has a good performance track history. You must have excellent numeracy and financial acumen and be able to work in a  sometimes pressured environment. 

Skills and Qualifiactions

• Relevant industry degree
• IT experience
• NEC contract working knowledge
• Working experience in a similar role

Salary and Package

£50-55K plus car/allowance and company benefits
