The Client

Our client is looking to recruit an MEP Engineering Surveyor who is experienced at working within a client faced role. The role will be UK wide however, the client is ideally looking for a northern based candidate to survey projects.   

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate reports 
• Mentoring for junior staff
• Technical auditing
• Advising on commercial side of projects
• Work to time constraints
• Provide accurate works
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
• Negotiating with clients

The Individual

Our client is looking for a time served applicant who has a confident approach to their work and can work independently. You must be able to develop and maintain relationships and be well organised whilst maintaining a high standard of work whilst using industry related software. They are looking for a flexible applicant who is happy to work away from home and occasionally abroad.

Skills and Qualifications

ONC/HND/HNC/Degree qualified preferred
Time served in an electrical/mechanical role
Experience working within the built environment 
Ability to pass DBS or other required security checks 

Salary and Package

£45-50K plus company car and benefits. Fuel allowance for travel with work.
