The Client

Our client is a family run company who can provide varied projects throughout the UK running from procurement to completion and pride themselves on their excellent safety record. They have a role available for an MEP Building Services Manager to work on sites throughout the North-West and these will be on a variety of new build projects including education, commercial, distribution and health, to name a few! 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management of the MEP trades on projects
• Development of CPM schedules 
• Review of contract documents 
• Review and approval of MEP equipment and materials
• Monitoring of installation works
• Co-ordination of works to ensure project is delivered to programme
• Report production and progress communications
• Attend meetings as company representive
• Development and mentoring of staff
• Conflict resolutions
• Ensure H&S requirements are met
• Quality assurance

The Individual

The company is looking for a candidate who is time served in an MEP Building Services Manager role and who is experienced at working within a construction/MEP coordination environment. You will have a confident manner and be able to organise and manage your teams and projects effectively and to their best potential. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Understanding of all building codes; electrical, mechanical and plumbing

Salary and Package  

£65-75K plus company benefits and car/allowance.
