The Role and its Responsibilities

In the role of Mechanical Supervisor, you must be able to display experience in the following areas:

• Scheduling and assigning of works

• Providing technical support to testing operatives
• Inspections of installations and site
• Checking and final sign off of installations
• Organizing site teams
• Working to H&S regulatory standards
• Attending meetings on projects
• Management of sub-contractors

The Individual

For this mechanical supervisor role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-moving environment whilst ensuring the successful delivery of high end projects for the company. The required candidate must be able to both work with and manage their team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Knowledge of current H & S legislation 

Salary and package

£40-43K and overtime opportunities
