The Client

A major M&E contractor, who we have recruited for extensively over the years, have a high value project in the South of England due for completion in 2021. They require a time served Mechanical Site Manager to start on the project later this year and are offering a great salary and company package for an experienced candidate.  

The Role and its Responsibilities

As Mechanical Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the site to include:

  • Health and Safety on site and producing documentation relevant to this
  • Working to budget and time scales
  • Quality assurance
  • Toolbox talks
  • Understanding of budgets and contracts 
  • Sub-contractor and supplier resourcing and performance feedback reports 
  • Sub-contractor and resource management to ensure best efficiency on project
  • Site management reports and records maintained

The Individual

Due to the high value of this project previous experience in a Site Management role is essential. You will be able to display excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers. Our client is looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is keen to progress along with the company.

Skills and Qualifications

You must have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills to make a success of this role. 

Salary and Package

Up to £55 K is on offer for this Mechanical Site Manager role along with excellent company benefits.
