The Client
A national construction and building services company, our client work on both public and private sector projects. They have a requirement for a Senior Mechanical Site Manager to work on a high value project based in Suffolk which is due for completion in 2021.
The Role and its Responsibilities
In this role which will be working on a RAF base due to complete in 2021 your responsibilites will include the following:
- Overall management of the site including safety, time and budget constraints and regulations
- Ensuring the quality of projects through organisational skills
- Toolbox talks
- Team building
- Report and record writing and distribution
- Maintaining of client and worker relationships
- H&S management
- Sub-contractor and suppliers management
- Good working knowledge of contracts
- Risk Assessment
The Individual
Our client is looking to secure an individual who is highly experienced in a similar role, a candidate who comes with leadership skills, excellent communication skills and who is self-motivated and career driven. You must be commercially aware and have good numeration and negotiation skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- IT Skills
- MOD experience preferable
- Experienced in a Senior Mechanical Site Manager role
