The Client 

Our client provide technical engineering designs for companies who work within the built environments and they specialise in the sectors of pharmaceuticals and clean rooms. On most projects you will be working directly with the clients and are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to work within the Manchester area. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management of projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
• Work alongside the commercial teams
• Management of sub-contractors
• Cost scheduling
• Engineering programming 
• Design and compliance
• Assuming full responsibility for all M&E works    
• Competent management of large teams
• Working to time and budget constraints
• The overseeing of sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
• Production of costings, billings and progress reports
• Health and Safety compliance
• Commercial awareness

Skills and Qualifications

• IT literate 
• HNC or industry relevant qualification 
• Will consider industrial experience 

Salary and Package

The company is offering a package of £55-60K per annum plus company benefits and car/allowance
