The Client
One of the UK's largest independent building services contractors, our client provides high quality work throughout design, installation and maintenance of their projects. They specialise in providing residential and student accommodations nationwide and have a current requirement for a Mechanical Project Managerto work on a 600 bed residential development in Leeds.

The Individual
Mech Electrics are looking for Mechanically biased PM applicants who come from a building services background. You should have several years experience in a similar role and experience at working on resi or accommodation projects would be an advantage.

Salary and Package
£52-56K per annum plus company package, including car/allowance
