A North-West based Building Services company are looking to secure an experienced and flexible Mechanical Project Manager for a vacancy within their Mechanical department. The company are working on numerous national projects in a variety of sectors including retail, commercial and banking. 

The Role and its Responsibilities
As HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager you will be required to:

• Manage the project from design to install
• Source sub-contractors
• Procure materials
• Visit sites
• Attend project meetings
• Guarantee on time and in budget project completions

The Individual

Our client is looking for a flexible candidate who is prepared to do some site visits away from base. Excellent communication skills will  also be necessary to ensure the success of this role as you will be liaising with co-workers, clients and contractors. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally HNC/HND in Building Services 
• 2/3 years experience
• Sound working knowledge of all Mechanical Building Services
