The Client

Our North-West based client who specialise in pharmaceutical and food projects, are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager primarily for a Lymm based project.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As Mechanical Project Manager you will manage projects from the office base but will be required to do site visits on a regular basis.The role will see you:

• Attending and leading meetings
• Procuring materials
• Appointing the sub-contractors
• Buying materials 
• Managing the financial requirements of the project.  
• Ensuring projects concuded onntime and on budget
• Overall undestanding of projects lifespans

The Individual

Projects may be UK wide but won't require away stays due to each site having its own site manager, however you must be able to effectively manage multiple sites.

Skills and Qualifications

HNC qualified or equivalent
Proficient in a Project Manager role.

Salary and Package

£63K with car and package including bonus scheme based on individuals performance.
