Currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a new build college in Lancashire, our client is a major M&E contractor who has many and varied projects throughout the UK. They excel at providing cost effective, bespoke solutions for their customers and can provide a service that covers the whole project from conception to completion.

The Roles and its Responsibilities

• Compiling of detailed tender reports and schedules
• Production of written reports throughout the projects lifespan
• Full comprehension of Project Scheduling and Strategies
• Management of design consultants and site contractors
• Confident to lead interviews and meetings
• Keeping to budget and time boundaries
• Overall responsibility for site staff

The Individual

You must be fully experienced in the Project Management of high value projects from bid to handover, self-motivated and able to manage a large team. Strong client facing skills!

Skills and Qualifications

HNC qualified or equivalent
Commercial acumen

Salary and Package

£60-63K
