Our client, a leading building, developments and infrastructure company are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to work for a thriving business and one of the UK's largest regional builders, on major new build project. This is a permanent position, and will be at least 2 years of guaranteed work on this particular project alone.

The Role and its Responsibility

In the Mechanical Project Manager role you will work closely with the project engineers and all the supervision team and have a complete understanding of the entire project. Your responsibilites will include: 

• Health and Safety
• Operational performance
• Commercial management
• Sub-contractor appointments
• Client meetings 
• Team management 
• Budget control

The Individual

We are looking for a mechanically biased Project Manager who has a solid background in building services. As an individual you must be confident in your ability to interact with all levels of staff and have strong experience of working on larger M&E value projects.

Skills and Qualifications
 

• Qualified to at least HND / Degree level.
• Fully experienced in similar role.
