They maintain good relationships with their clients ensuring repeat business nationwide and are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a commercial D&B project in Birmingham. 

The Role and its Responsibility

In the Mechanical Project Manager role you will work closely with the project engineers and all the supervision team and have a complete understanding of the entire project. Your responsibilites will include: 

• Health and Safety
• Operational performance
• Commercial management
• Sub-contractor appointments
• Client meetings 
• Team management 
• Budget control

The Individual

We are looking for a mechanically biased Project Manager who has a solid background in building services. As in individual you must be confident in your ability to interact with all levels of staff and have strong client facing skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified to at least HND / Degree level.
• Fully experienced in similar role.
