Our client, a well-respected Mechanical and Electrical company based in Nottingham are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator to join their team within the Small Works Department. With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, the client tenders’ projects up to the value of £3 million pounds, offering designs from concept through to completion.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As the Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator you will have the following responsibilities:

• The role will involve all aspects of small works projects up to the value of £100k
• Estimating
• Projects management and financial applications
• Position based in the office in Nottingham, with some site visits necessary

The Individual

The client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who has a flexible approach to work and who would be able to work on their own and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications
 

• Ideally a HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar
• Experience within the industry is required, but additional training will be given
