The Client

Our client is a leading UK construction operation who have an extensive network throughout the UK and can boast some of the most prestigious projects in the country. They are looking for a candidate who can show proficiency in Mechanical Project Management within the fields of process, data and energy.

The Roles and its Responsibilities

You will be required to effectively manage projects from initial client contact to the handover of the project and be proficient in the following areas:

• Developing client relationships and maintaining their ongoing success
• An ability to lead in all aspects of your project
• Ensuring the work is kept to high levels in the areas of commercial, planning, procurement, construction, quality, health and safety and engineering aspects 
• Effectively managing projects and ensuring compliance with materials, programmes and engineering
• Representing the company at meetings with clients

The Individual

Our client is looking for a fully experienced Mechanical Project Manager who is confident and capable of stepping into this role and completing projects successfully, on time and within budget. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your team effectively to ensure the ongoing success of the companies many and varied projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• PM degree or equivalent.
• CSCS card
• IOSH/CITBSMST

£48000-53000 per annum plus company car or allowance, healthcare and pension
