The Client

Our client is a well respected M&E contractor who specialise in the renewable energy sector. Working throughout the UK, they currently have a requirement for a Mechanical Project Engineer for a UK wide role. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Support of all technical aspects of the mechanical installation
• Interpretation and adaptation of designs
• Ensure a good working relationship alongside the electrical project engineer 
• Reporting to the Project Manager on works
• Ensurance that all work is carried out in a safe manner and as laid out in contracts 
• Regular attendance of meetings with the client 
• Keep the ongoing project to cost and time allocation and understand the budget of the project at any given time
• Management of the sub-contractors 

The Individual

This role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment on medium to high value projects. As the role will require travel throughout the UK, you must be flexible and self-motivated!

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC/D level qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Working knowledge of the role on a high value project
• CSCS card

Salary and Package

£45-50K plus excellent company package. Travel and lodgings will be paid.
