A fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Engineer to be based in Warwick is currently available with one of the most highly regarded M&E Contractors in our field. Primarily based in the North-West but now with offices nationwide our client can offer excellent prospects to a suitable candidate. They have previously worked on major developments throughout the UK and are showing no signs of slowing down with a full order book for the near future!
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

• Supply chain experience and contacts
• Management of site staff, both company and sub-contractors
• Ability to read schematics and interpret these
• Work within time and budget constraints
• Up to date on Health and Safety
• Reporting to Project Manager and working alongside the Electrical Site Team
• Commercial awareness to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Industry legislation knowledge

 
The Individual

Our client is looking for a flexible candidate who is motivated to do well in their role and are keen to offer support and ongoing training to a candidate with several years’ experience. You must be a great team worker and be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues to enable the smooth running of projects. The successful applicant will have worked in a similar role for some time, giving them an in-depth knowledge of the industry regarding supply chains, legislations, and sub-contractors.
 
Skills and Qualifications

• HNC level qualification in Building Services Engineering, or equivalent                                                          
• 5-8 years’ experience
• CSCS card

£40-45 K plus company benefits
