There is a sizeable amount of plant that can be procured via off site manufacturing and you are joining at the design stage of the project. The building is a typical office lay out, risers, dry risers, fan coil units, H&CW, landlord areas, water tanks etc.

You will need to meet the programme deadlines, provide support and technical knowledge to the external design team and will procure all major plant and sub contractors on the project.

Excellent Health & Safety is paramount, you will adopt the companies policies and ensure they are met and robustly adhered to.

Our client has a specific need for a stand alone engineer, who will be completely in control of the mechanical installation. You will have mechanical supervision on site, managing both in house labour and the appointed sub contractors.

You will be an excellent team leader and communicator. You must recognise quality, client management and be able to lead from the front on all mechanical services.

The Reward

Our client is offering an excellent salary and a superb order book of work. Their projects are diverse and the engineering is frequently bespoke and created by the engineering team as a whole. It's exciting times ahead and it's a great time to join a well established team.
