The Client
 
Our client who are a wellestablished M&E contractor are lookin for a Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a project of 500 apartments within the Milton Keynes area. 

The Roel and its Responsibilities

• Support of all technical aspects of the mechanical installation
• Interpretation and adaptation of designs
• Ensure a good working relationship alongside the electrical project engineer 
• Reporting to the Project Manager on works
• Ensurance that all work is carried out in a safe manner and as laid out in contracts 
• Regular attendance of meetings with the client 
• Keep the ongoing project to cost and time allocation and understand the budget of the project at any given time
• Management of the sub-contractors

The Individual

This role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment on high value projects. The company require a team player and leader for this role. 

Skills and Qualifications

HNC/D level qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Working knowledge of the role on a high value project
CSCS card

Salary and Package 

£45-65K plus package
