The Role and its Responsibilities

The company is looking for a highly competent and experienced Mechanically biased Operations Manager to work on North-West based new build schemes with values ranging from £3-£20M. These high profile projects will be both Liverpool and Manchester based.
In the role you will be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the mechanical side of the projects including procurement, programmes and financial areas. 
You will monitor projects, making changes where necessary for the successful completion of the works and report to the Director when required.

The Individual

A successful candidate must be confident in his abilities in a role of this level and be able to present and lead meetings with clients and all levels of staff. You must be self-motivated and career driven and have excellent team leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to take responsibilty for decision making. 

Skills and Qualifications

Degree qualified and fully experienced in a similar role. 
IT proficient
