Mech Electrics are recruiting for a Mechanical Estimator for a leading M&E building services company. Our client offers a professional service at a competitve cost and are looking to secure a candidate to be based in the Northwest.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Good team worker
• Excellent industry knowledge needed to secure competitive and successful bids 
• Use of relevant industry software
• Experience at producing successful tenders
• Working to timescales
• Sub-contractor, plant, materials and equipment industry knowledge
• Up to date with current industry ideas

The Individual

We are interested in applicants who are good team workers and who are methodical and competent in their work approach. You must have a professional manner and be confident and persuasive in your outlook to ensure successful submittals. 

Skills and Qualifications

• A preferred candidate will have an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Good working knowledge of computerised estimating software. 

Salary and Package

£40-50K negotiable on experience with company benefits.
