The Client

Working throughout the UK our Building Services client works with several repeat customers and this ensures a busy future order book for the company! They are looking to expand their estimating department and secure a Mechanical Estimator for their North-West based offices. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Produce competitve and successful bids
• Manage and process tenders from sub-contractors
• Have the ability to understand clients projects to ensure best tenders can be submitted
• Up to date with current industry ideas
• Time and budget management
• Production of costings reports alongside other departments 

The Individual

We are looking for a professional, confident and pursuasive candidate for our client! You will have a good industry knowledge in terms of labour, plant, materials etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
• Be able to work well as part of the Mechanical Estimating team and be experienced at working on relevant estimating software. 
• Sound commercial acumen 

Salary and Package

Excellent industry salary between £45-50K and company benefits. Fantastic career development opportunities.
