The role and its responsibilities

The company is looking for and applicant who can bring the following attributes to the position:

• Excellent working knowledge of the role in relation to contacts, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Production of monthly costings reports alongside other departments
• Competent and effective communicator as you will be client facing in the role
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at meetings and negotiations
• Have excellent attention to detail 

The right person

You will need to be organised, able to accept change and have a good understanding of commercial acumen as you will be working with the commercial team to minimize project risks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of 'Estimation' software is necessary, and a good understanding of Building Regulations is preferred.
• AutoCAD experience
• HNC/HND or equivalent Building Services Qualification.
