The Client
A prominent M&E contractor based in the North-West and working throughout the UK, has an excellent industry reputation and repeat use client base. They offer a full building services package from initial conception right through to maintenance on their projects and with one of the lowest industry staff turnover rates, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Design Team.
The Role And Its Responsibilities
- Support the teams in producing concept designs through to a fully detailed design and construction information for the project teams to install, set to work and commission.
- Develop AutoCAD drawings, calculations, and designers risk assessments.
- Attending meetings
- Managing resources
- Integration with the Electrical Design Team
The Individual
The applicant must have a confident and innovative approach to their work with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of current building regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- You will be qualified at Degree level or similar (HNC/ HND), and have 3-5 years’ experience in a design or design build environment.
- AutoCAD, relevant design package and Microsoft Office Software working experience.
Salary and Package
£38,000 – £44,000 plus pension and healthcare
