Specialising in the D&B of pharmaceutical and clean room projects our client, who have offices throughout the UK, are recruiting for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Manchester office team. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Running of mechanical projects on a daily basis
• Procuring materials and resources
• Running of the day to day sites
• Financial forecasting and cost applications
• Client and colleague liaison
• Work to time and budget constraints
• Ability to gain maximum profit for projects
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

The Individual 

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good at relationship building and maintaining
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• IT literate

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Building Services/similar
• Experience in similar role

Salary and Package

Our client is offering a salary of £60-65K for this role plus company benefits and a car/allowance
