We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client who specialise in pharmaceutical and clean room D&B. They have offices throughout the UK and this role will be based from their Manchester offices. They can offer excellent scope for career progression!

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Running of mechanical projects on a daily basis
• Procuring materials and resources
• Running of the day to day sites
• Financial forecasting and cost applications
• Client and colleague liaison
• Work to time and budget constraints
• Ability to gain maximum profit for projects
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

The Individual

• Good at relationship building and maintaining
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• IT literate

Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally a HNC in Building Services or similar
• Experience within a similar role 

Salary and Package

£60-65K plus benefits and car/allowance
