Our client, a well-respected Mechanical and Electrical company based in Nottingham are looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team within the Mechanical Department. With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, the client tenders’ projects up to the value of £3 million pounds, offering designs from concept through to completion.

The Role and its Responsibilities
 

• The role will involve all aspects of Contract Management
• Procuring materials and resources
• Running of the day to day sites
• Financial forecasting and cost applications
• Position based in the office in Nottingham, with some site visits necessary

The Individual

The client is looking for someone with a flexible approach to work, who will be able to work on their own and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications
 

• Ideally a HNC in Building Services or similar
• Experience within the industry is required, but additional training will be given
