The Client

We are recruiting for a design led Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical, for our client who offer maintenance of building services to their clients. The role will require an Engineer who is prepared to travel throughout the North of England and who can report on MEP services on managed properties for the company.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Production of delapidation reports
• Review of current plant and services
• Understanding of installations done
• O&M manual workings
• Decision making on what works need to be done and how
• Manage the remedial or replacement works 
• Review of services on services 

The Individual

The company need applicants who are happy to travel to sites throughout the North of England and who can see the works in situ, problem solve and then oversee and manage the works to complete projects. The role will be preliminary home based however you will have to go to the offices in the North-West to keep in touch with the wider team.
