The Client 

A leading M&E contractor based in the Greater Manchester region, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company work with numerous blue chip companies on varied projects and secure alot of repeat business from these clients. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Preparation and checking of contracts
• Material costings
• Evaluation of costs and advising on alternative proposals
• Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
• The preparation of bills of quantities
• Assisting with sub-contract accounts
• Providing reports (Progress and Contract) for Senior Management
• Invoicing for payments

The Individual 

We are interested in reviewing CV's from individuals with quantity surveying experience within the MEP sector. You should be a hardworking and motivated candidate to make the most of this excellent opportunity. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Degree qualified with MEP experience.

 
Salary and Package
